Orders

All orders placed usually take 2 weeks although earlier deadlines are possible. Please contact us if you have a deadline and we will do our best to meet this, unfortunately deadlines cannot be guaranteed and we are not liable for any third part cost incurred.

Pricing

All Prices are in Pounds sterling and do not included VAT until the checkout. Packaging is included.

Delivery charges will occur if orders not compliance to our delivery terms.

The charge for digitising is for making your artwork compatible with our embroidery/printing machines. This is a one off payment and then your logo is stored for any future orders, if you would like your logo file on a disk in an embroidery format then this will incur a charge of £50 plus VAT to release this.

Payment

All goods will be paid for when the order is placed this can be done via Bank Transfer, any major credit cards, debit cards, if paying by cheque this will incur 3 waiting days whilst your cheque is cleared, or cash payments are collected in office please do not send cash via the post as we can take no responsibility for loss of money. All processed payments will be treated with the most up to date secured security.

Delivery

Delivery charges will occur if orders are not compliance to our delivery terms.

Unless where specifically stated prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK only. We welcome enquires form elsewhere however and ask that in these cases you contact us by email, letter or telephone for onward shipping to other locations. Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Monday to Saturday between 8am to 5.30pm however we cannot specify an exact delivery time. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.

Any goods showing signs of damage in transit upon receipt please refuse to accept the delivery.

Transit Damage

All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition, However transit damage unfortunately can occur, If your purchase is showing signs of transit damage upon delivery please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately, if damage is on evident upon opening of the packaging the you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt in either case we will then arrange re delivery of replacement goods as soon possible

Faulty goods

All goods are covered by a manufactures guarantee, No warranty is made in respect of commercial rather than domestic use, and these promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Legal

Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any disputes to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

These terms and conditions only cover JS Promotions website, and other websites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liabitly for the contend of websites which are not under our control.

We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we don’t file copies of customer’s contracts.
